Aurvikon builds Clinic AI — an AI-powered receptionist for clinics in India, delivered through WhatsApp.
Our Mission
Thousands of clinics across India still manage appointments through phone calls, paper registers, and manual follow-ups. Patients call during busy hours, miss appointments because there are no reminders, and clinics lose time on repetitive administrative tasks.
Aurvikon exists to solve this. We give every clinic an always-available AI assistant on WhatsApp that handles appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellation, reminders, and follow-ups — so clinic staff can focus on what matters most: patient care.
What We Do
- •WhatsApp Appointment Booking: Patients message the clinic on WhatsApp and our AI guides them through booking — name, reason, preferred date and time — in a natural conversational flow.
- •Smart Scheduling: Available slots are generated from the clinic's business hours and existing appointments. No double bookings, no manual checking.
- •Reminders and Follow-ups: Automated appointment reminders and post-visit follow-up messages reduce no-shows and keep patients engaged.
- •Clinic Dashboard: A web-based dashboard at app.aurvikon.com where clinic staff can view appointments, manage patients, generate invoices and prescriptions, and configure settings.
- •Multi-tenant Platform: Each clinic gets its own isolated workspace. Data is separated, secure, and accessible only to the clinic it belongs to.

Clinic AI is built for independent clinics, small hospitals, dental practices, diagnostic centres, and specialist practices across India — any healthcare provider who wants to modernise patient communication without changing their workflow.
What We Don't Do
We are not a medical device and we do not provide medical advice. Our AI handles only operational tasks — scheduling, reminders, and information delivery. All clinical decisions remain with the healthcare provider.
