Data Deletion Instructions

Aurvikon ("we", "us", "our") respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains what data we hold, how to request its deletion, and what to expect after you do.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your registered email address and account credentials
• Clinic profile information (name, address, doctor details, business hours)
• Connected WhatsApp Business account details (phone number ID, WABA ID, access tokens)
• Patient records and conversation histories created through your clinic account
• Appointment records and follow-up task data
• Uploaded document templates (prescriptions, invoices)
• Any AI audit logs or usage counters linked to your account

2. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to autoclinicbotz@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

3. Information to Include

To help us locate and verify your account, please include:

• Your registered email address (used to log in to Aurvikon)
• Clinic name as registered in the platform
• Phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
• A brief description of what you would like deleted (full account or specific data)

4. Processing Timeline

• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• Deletion is typically completed within 7–15 business days of verification
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

5. Exceptions — Data We May Retain

Certain records may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Billing records: Transaction histories and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian financial and tax regulations
• Security logs: Access logs may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and security audit purposes
• Legal obligations: Any data subject to an ongoing legal dispute, government order, or regulatory requirement will be retained until that obligation is resolved
• Anonymised data: Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot identify any individual may be retained indefinitely
